As with most things, we don't know what we don't know. Most of the information and education you receive during pregnancy and postpartum is about your baby. Little information and guidance is given to you about the trauma your body goes through and how to properly heal and rebuild from it post 6 week check up. We are here to fill that void. We have built a program with a team of passionate professionals specializing in training, mental health, and physical therapy for all phases of pregnancy and postpartum. You deserve the 360 method.
