We understand that everyone is different and what is a fit for one person, might not
be a fit for another. Our program is offered in a variety of
forms- making it the best for you.
You will learn a TON of information from what is happening inside your body during pregnancy, to how to safely workout during pregnancy, how to heal pregnancy/delivery induced dysfunction postpartum, and how to properly repair & gain strength postpartum in order to feel like your badass self again.
If you are pregnant/postpartum looking for guidance, education, support, and training in order to have a safe and effective pregnancy and postpartum journey, this is for you!
You will receive guidance, education, and training from all 4 teammates during this program. This is a 4 week program (meeting once a week virtually) with a different focus each day. Learn from our 2 Women’s Health Physical Therapists, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Trainer, and Perinatal Mental Health Coach. ALL THINGS IN ONE PLACE JUST FOR YOU!
Choose between working out in your own home, virtually with Jamie or in-person at hygge wellness (2128 Remount Road). By choosing virtual, you’ll be given a list of a few pieces of equipment you’d have to purchase to have with you for the workouts.
Sign up for one-on-one training in person or virtually with Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Specialist and Personal Trainer, Jamie Horn. Choose from 1 evaluation session; Pack of 5 sessions; or Pack of 10 sessions and work one- on- one with Jamie to receive your specialized training program.
For an additional $25/week, receive 3 specialized workouts written just for you to complete at home in between our sessions. You will receive 3 workouts each Sunday that you can use throughout the week on your own time. This is a great addition to your training program to help get you going and staying in a routine.
These full body workouts are for both pregnant and postpartum athletes who are wanting to be trained by specially certified trainers in pregnant and postpartum athleticism. The workouts will be customized for you and wherever you are in your journey, and you will be coached every step of the way. Your body is different now, let’s learn how to strengthen this new you!
if you have completed The Foundation Program and/or have gone through our 360 breathing training, you can attend our Level Up program! Here we will use all the information you learned in Level 1 and put it to work to gain strength properly and get you feeling healthy, energized, and sweaty.
You will receive 4 weeks of small group training- 1 class in person and 1 class virtually on zoom (or choose the only zoom option!) from certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Specialist, Jamie Horn. In between our sessions, you will receive 2 written workouts per week to do at home on your own to help maintain your strength and momentum.
If you'd only like to participate virtually, that is an option on the form as well.
You'll be able to join the 360 Method team in our very own virtual studio!
