Our founder, Jamie Horn, is a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Trainer, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer, General Manager of hygge FIT, Special Education Teacher, & Mom of 2.

She is dedicated to guiding athletes through all phases of motherhood in order to ensure a healthy, strong, and active postpartum life.

Meet the founder

Annie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, coach, educator and proud founder of Grow PT, LLC. Annie is a women’s health physical therapist with training to treat pelvic floor dysfunction and pre/postpartum rehabilitation. Annie has advanced training in sport and orthopedic physical therapy and is an advocate for a hands-on approach utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques, combined with re-education and strengthening.

Lauren is a BSN RN, Perinatal Mental Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. Lauren is a Mental Health Advocate and provides our members with exceptional guidance and support during the sometimes scary, stressful, and anxiety filled life as a mom. Lauren is your go-to for all things maternal mental health and holds various opportunities for you to get the support you need. Motherhood is HARD. You don’t have to do it alone.
