360 Method Founder + Lead Trainer

Our founder, Jamie Horn, is a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Trainer, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer, and Director of Program and Trainer Development for Moxie Fitness Studio. She was a Special Education Teacher for 9 years & is a Mom of 2 girls.

She is dedicated to guiding athletes through all phases of motherhood in order to ensure a healthy, strong, and active postpartum life.

Kristin Hietbrink

Kristin is a pelvic floor physical therapist and the owner of Core Connect Physical Therapy and Wellness. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Prenatal/Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She is passionate about helping women in the perinatal community navigate fitness, health and wellness.

Kristin is a mom to 3 active boys, if you ever can’t get in touch with her, check the local soccer fields! She understands fully the importance of strength training not just as a woman but also as a mother. She enjoys getting creative with different ways to incorporate full body strength training into a busy schedule.
